New — taking our first ten schools

Everything a school runs on,
in one place.

Attendance, fees, exams, timetable, transport, payroll and the compliance nobody enjoys — UDISE+, DPDP and NEP progress cards included rather than promised for a later release.

What it does

The whole school, not one corner of it

Nine modules that already work — not a core product with the rest sold as add-ons you discover later.

Attendance that takes itself

RFID cards, fingerprint and face readers, or a teacher's phone. Parents get the alert before the first period ends.

Works offline

Fees, receipts and the ledger

Structures, concessions, online payment, numbered receipts, reversals that leave a trail — and a Tally export your accountant already knows how to import.

Exports to Tally

Holistic Progress Cards

NEP 2020 competencies with the child's, a classmate's, the teacher's and the family's view side by side. No totals, no rank.

NEP 2020

The timetable, generated

Give it the periods each subject needs and it builds a clash-free week in seconds — and names anything that would not fit, and why.

Admissions from the first enquiry

A form on your website, every enquiry with a call booked, and a funnel that tells you which way in actually produces students.

Exams, results and certificates

Marks, grading scales, seating plans, hall tickets, report cards and transfer certificates — as PDFs, not print views.

Transport and hostel

Live bus position for the parent waiting at the stop, route fares, stop-wise lists, room allotment and warden contacts.

Staff and payroll

PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS computed the way the statute says, with payslips and the returns your accountant files.

Indian statutory

UDISE+ without the fortnight

Readiness checks, the enrolment table and class rosters in the shape the portal wants, from the data you already keep.

Built in
Why this one

Four things most school software has not done

Every ERP has attendance and fees. These are the parts schools discover are missing in year two.

DPDP is built, not promised

Per-purpose consent with the evidence it was given, the right to see and correct and erase, a published grievance officer, and retention that expires on its own. Erasure keeps the academic register, because a school is required to — and tells the family in writing what was kept.

The register works without a network

The classroom at the back of the building has no signal. A teacher marks there and it syncs later — and a nine-o'clock mark never overwrites a correction the office made at noon.

Backups that prove themselves

Taken nightly, restored into a scratch database and checked row by row before being called a backup. Most software writes a file and hopes.

Your website comes with it

Notices, holidays and an admission form on a public page fed by the data you already keep — so it cannot go stale the way a separate website does.

Getting started

Running before the next term

We do the tedious part. A school office should not have to become a data-entry team.

1

Send us what you have

An Excel sheet, an export from your old system, or the admission register. We take it in whatever shape it is.

2

We set it up

Classes, sections, subjects, staff, fee structures and the timetable — configured with you on a call, not left as homework.

3

Your school starts using it

Teachers take the register on day one. Parents get the app. Nothing else has to change at once.

Pricing

Priced per student, per year

No setup fee, no per-module charge, no charge for parent accounts.

Questions

The ones schools actually ask

Including the awkward one.

How many schools are using this?

None yet — we are opening the first pilots now. We would rather tell you that than invent a number you would eventually check. What we can do is show you every module working on real data in a half-hour call, and set your school up ourselves.

We already have an ERP. Is moving worth it?

Only if something specific is wrong with the one you have. The usual reasons schools move to us are UDISE+ taking a fortnight by hand, an accountant re-keying fees into Tally, DPDP compliance nobody has started, or NEP holistic progress cards their current software has no answer for.

Our teachers are not comfortable with software.

That is the constraint the app was designed around. A register is one screen and one tap per child, it works without a network, and a teacher never has to find a menu item to do the thing they do every morning.

What about our data — who can see it?

Each school's data is separated at the database level; an id from one school simply does not exist in another. Consent, erasure and retention are built in rather than promised, and we do not sell anything to anybody.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export it — students, attendance, marks, fees, everything — in formats you can open, and we delete our copy. There is no lock-in clause and no charge for leaving.

Does it work on a cheap phone and a slow connection?

Yes. That is why the register works offline, why the parent app is small, and why the public page is plain HTML rather than something that needs a fast connection to render at all.

See it on your own school's data

Half an hour on a call. Bring last term's attendance sheet and a fee structure, and we will show you the same thing running with your numbers in it.
